WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?
The items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy are Coils, Pods, and E-Liquid.
RETURNING AN ITEM THAT IS NOT FAULTY.
When shopping with us online, you will be pleased to know that you are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations are in place for you to be able to cancel your order if the goods are not as you expected. After all, we do all make mistakes now and again.
These regulations allow you to return an item to us up to 14 days after delivery. During this time, you must make sure products are looked after. When returned to us, items must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
You will be refunded back to your original payment method excluding postage. We will process your refund as soon as the item has been received by us and checked. It can take up to 5 working days for the funds to reach you once the refund has been processed.

These regulations do not apply to coils, pods, or e-liquids as these are perishable items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNING A FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEM.
Sometimes manufacturing faults with items do occur which can stop or prevent them from working properly. We want to make sure all these issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that this may occur, we provide a 30-day warranty on our products (*not including coils, pods, and liquids). During this time, we can offer a refund or exchange on faulty items.
Please always reach out to our support team as there may be a simple resolution to the problem.
Once we have established there is a fault with the item, we will require the items to be returned to us, once received we will process the refund or exchange.
*The above does not apply to coils, pods and juices as these are perishable items.
WHAT IS SALEABLE CONDITION?
When returning an unwanted product, we expect the product to be in re-saleable condition, by this we mean:
